Wir haben dieses Hotel spontan gebucht, ohne uns wirklich vorher damit zu beschäftigen. Spa war uns wichtig. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir Kompetent und mit Freundlichkeit empfangen. Die blonde Dame an der Rezeption hat uns einen äußerst angenehmen Start in unseren Kurzurlaub beschert. Das Zimmer war sehr schön (wir hatten superior gebucht) und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Das Frühstück war exzellent und vollkommen ausreichend. Was ich hervor heben sollte, man kann sich Morgens einen Kaffee in der Lobby holen und den Tag entspannt starten. Der Spa Bereich ist herrlich, großzügig geschnitten, mit einer tollen Bar und einem kleinen Pool für das Schwimmen nach dem Saunagang. Wir hatten das Glück wirklich tolle Aufgüsse zu genießen bei einem jungen Mann Namens Fabian. Zum Abendbrot haben wir sehr gerne die Speisen von der Snack Karte genossen. Auch diese waren absolut gelungen. Rundherum waren unsere 4 Tage dort perfekt und haben definitiv eine Wiederholung verdient.

Das Hotel ist vom Konzept eigentlcuh gut gemeint, Therme mit angeschlossenem Hotel, jedoch ist das Konzept echt nicht gut umgesetzt, wenn man den Vergleich mit Wellness Hotels im Allgäu, in Österreich oder in Südtirol anstellt, hier bekommt man deutlich mehr Qualität: - Zimmer ohne Klimananlage, im ganzen Haus herrschen sehr hohe Temperaturen, sobald draußen die Temperaturen über 23 grad gehen - „Vltalpark“ leider Spiegel sich das Wort nicht in der Essensauswahl wieder, gewöhnliches frühstücksbuffet, wer ein Wellness Buffet erwartet, ist hier leider falsch, nur Standard Buffet wie in jedem Hotel, in der ganzen Therme gibt es jenseits von Currywurst und Salat aus dem Beutel nichts gesundes zu essen während des saunierens - Personal absolut unfreundlich und Unverständnisvoll, keine Flexibilität zB nach Late Check out Einziger Lichtblick in meinen Augen die Sauna, echt schön gemacht mit stündlichen Aufgüssen und sehr guten und engagierten Saunameistern. Die Sauna bekommt volle Pubktzahl, der Badebereich ist nichts besonderes, auch hier: viel zu heiß.
